Downloadable products cannot be cancelled.
Orders for all other products (except downloadable products) placed on teachersgoldmine.com will be processed by 8am EST on the next business day.
Cancellations will be accepted and refunded if submitted prior to 8am
on the next business day after placing the purchase order.

Unfortunately, return shipping is not refundable at this time.

Product does not meet our commitment to quality?
Downloadable products cannot be exchanged/replaced.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your Teachers' Gold Mine product does not successfully meet the usage standards as described in the product details and how-to videos, then we will be happy to replace your defective product.
